Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
